A meditation.
Color. So undiluted and pure and punctuating that one can nearly taste it on the very tip of their tongue. Hue. Swimming with complexity, gently tinting the light as it swirls invisibly around the room, leaving a delicate glow in the air, staining surfaces with its bright, nearly acrid tint. A line. Circling, swooping, dipping. In and out of washy, watery layers. Diving deep then skating the textured surface. Shimmering layers, blurred features slightly concealed within the depths. Crushed and pulverized stone, suspended atop the sculpted composition — adding hints of a granular glaze. Metallic glazed finishes that mingle and intersect with their environment. One informing the other. Bending. Bowing. Softly.
